At Gymszo Technologies, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our gym management operating system. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any subsequent months. However, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund. After the initial 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your billing year.

3. Exceptions

We may grant exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases involving extreme technical failure on our end or billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately.

4. Hardware Purchases

Any physical hardware purchased through Gymszo (such as barcode scanners or RFID readers) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the equipment is in its original, undamaged packaging and condition.
